Production typically takes between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the season and our current production queue. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays and ensure your pool is ready in time for summer installation.

Yes — with the right setup. We recommend adding insulation around your pool to support the heater and help prevent freezing in colder months. Upgrading from a 200,000 to a 400,000 BTU heater is also advised for more efficient winter performance. To minimize energy use, many customers schedule heating primarily for weekends or high-use periods during the colder season.

Installation is straightforward. Tangle Pools can help connect you with a local contractor and will provide guidance on proper installation requirements. For ground preparation, a gravel pad with concrete footings is the most cost-effective option to prevent shifting or settling. Other foundation options include concrete piles, screw piles, or a full concrete slab.

Once the pool is placed, a certified electrician will be needed to wire it and run an ethernet cable for smart control and remote diagnostics. This allows Pentair to access your system if needed for support. You’ll also need a certified gas fitter to connect natural gas or propane to the heater.

No, we do not install windows in our pools. While they may look appealing at first, windows are the number one failure point in container pools. Over time, moisture can lead to mold growth between the window and pool wall, potentially causing rust, leaks, and even structural issues if not properly addressed. Additionally, acrylic windows are prone to scratches and scuffs, which impact the long-term appearance and performance. Our goal is to deliver a worry-free, durable pool experience — and that means avoiding features that compromise integrity.

Tangle Pools are built to last and backed by strong warranty coverage. The pool shell includes a 10-year limited warranty, while the liner is covered for 15 years. Pentair provides a 3-year warranty on all mechanical equipment supplied with your pool. If equipped, the automatic pool cover features a 5-year warranty on the motor and a 5-year prorated warranty on the Duragard™ fabric. The Maytronics Dolphin T15 Robovac includes a 2-year warranty.
